With a focus on increasing existing asset / portfolio value, we provide services for redevelopment, leasing / tenant services, new construction, and other project implementation needs for existing Occupier and Investor clients. In addition to attracting new private client organizations, we target Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments for their complex projects where they are lacking the proper resources.

The practice of Project Management enables the manager to integrate and monitor the ‘triple constraints’ of Cost, Time and Technical Performance while maintaining intense and continued focus on meeting the client’s needs. As the client’s agent, we act as the facilitator, mediator and authority through the life of the project.
